A beautiful portrait of the Klassiek op het Amstelveld festival, at which a number of Davidsbündler Music Academy students and mentors performed. Antonio Biancaniello and Yulianna Beziazychna made their debuts as soloists with the Concertgebouw Chamber Orchestra as well as Akari Bastiaens and Yulianna with the fantastic Sinfonia Rotterdam. Then, as a festival closer the DBA presented a side-by-side children's concert with Borys Fedorov's "Adventures of Mowgli" and Camille Saint-Saëns' "Carnival of the Animals", together with Residency Orchestra concertmaster Wouter Vossen, oboist Aisling Casey, ANNA FEDOROVA, Concertgebouw double bassist Nicholas Schwartz, flautist Camille Schneegans and a big and very international group of students! Great memories of a dream festival Tatiana Chevtchouk can be extremely proud of.

We are proud of DBA Academist Akari Bastiaens (10) for winning first prize in her category at the International Music Competition Paris (IMF Paris). Akari is a student of Tatiana Abayeva and Borys Fedorov at the Davidsbündler Music Academy. Congratulations!!!!
